The home itself has a more traditional architectural foundation, so the design approach focuses on bringing in modern elements that feel intentional and naturally integrated rather than out of place. The goal is a fresh, contemporary aesthetic that enhances the existing character rather than competes with it.

The kitchen and powder bathroom are being transformed with a dark, moody palette—rich tones, layered textures, and streamlined details that add depth and sophistication. These spaces are designed to feel bold and modern while still warm and inviting. In contrast, the primary bathroom shifts into a serene, spa-like atmosphere with bright finishes, soft textures, and a calming palette that creates a tranquil retreat right at home.
